Abstract
This study aims to examining academic staff’s acceptance towards using Web 2.0 technology for teaching and learning. The sample of study this study involved academic staff from polytechnic. Total of respondent consist of 67 academic staff. A quantitative research design was use and survey questionnaire has been use as a method for collecting data. The data were analyse using both descriptive and inferential statistics using IBM SPSS. The finding of this study show that mean for academic staff acceptance from all 7 constructs are at high level. The result also show facilitating condition is the most dominant factor in influence attitude towards use. The finding also reported that academic staff are moderately familiar about Web 2.0 tool and occasionally use these tool in teaching and learning context. Lastly, recommendations for organization and academic staff are provided and recommendation for forthcoming research are also presented.
