Abstract

Service-Based Applications (SBAs) operate in highly dynamic manner, where changes not only due to changing system requirements but also continuous changes in the environments itself. With the growth of web service paradigm, there is a need for an efficient mechanism in dynamic adaptation process to offer users a better service experience. In particular, context-aware can adaptive in dynamic adaptation by considering user's context and device's context. Context awareness will be a key area for a Mobile Cloud Learning (MCL) environment as helps in the reasoning process to provide correct education resources for learners. Contextual information is represented using (i) semantic-based approach for high expressiveness, and (ii) formal representation for reasoning techniques.
